just looking at the spec sheets and it says nothing, i would just wait till dry as with any other primers. ive never used it so dont know for sure, call bal helpline if your really unsure, but as i said if its dry go for it

Odd that. I had this discussion last week with James Hardi's tech rep.
They don't advocate priming and I'm surprised nomoreply do.
As it's a product aimed at DIY market I suppose they are going for a belt and braces approach.
Guess it can't do any harm. An old pro told me "if in doubt - prime!"
(just don't use PVA!)
