Bal single part flexible

Is this suitable for walls and wood floors??

Will i need to prime plastered walls or plywood floor with anything before using if so what?

If this isnt suitable what Bal product would you recommend?

Im using porcilain tiles

You can use on walls and floor,prime plaster with acrylic primer and the ply is generally ok to fix onto with no priming.
