Balancing radiators ( not a circus act!!! )

Good evening,

Please advise on how I can balance my central heating system so as all radiators offer heat as expected. How and why would the radiators become unbalanced in the first place?

There are many causes of system inbalance. Air, corrosion, pump, age/type of system etc.
