Hi,

I need some advice how to tackle my problem with a balcony door. There is huge gap at the bottom and when it rains floor gets really wet, not to mention draught. Not sure what to do with it. As you can see in the pictures there is thin brown bar with some kind of seal, is this something that can be replaced ? I though about strip brush but I don't think this will help in this case.

Any advice?

Thanks

affix a self adhesive draft strip to the check will plug the draft gap, and a water drip to the bottom of the exterior face should resolve the rain water problem...pinenot :)
