Hi all,
I have a worcester bosch combi boiler fitted about 3 years ago and ever since it was fitted it makes either 1 large bang or sometimes 3 bangs within about 2 seconds of a HOT tap being used. And its ONLY when a hot tap is used. Cold taps are fine.
The bangs sound like they come from close to a radiator in the lounge. I think its the furthest rad from the boiler.
The plumber came back and said couldnt find a problem, "sorry", and left.
Finally got round to google and saw shock arrestors - small and cheap. I cant readily see one fitted so thought it might help.
Should it be fitted on a HW pipe before or after the boiler?
P.s. im on a water meter.
Thanks
