Banging Tap (YouTube vid)

Hi folks, anyone know why this tap bangs at certain flow rates? The pipes underneath are banging the tap itself isn't. It's incredibly annoying.

Do you have a combi or hot water tank?

Does it happen on any other taps? with it being on the left i assume it is the hot tap? Is the tap dripping?

No other taps do it. It doesn't drip and yes it's the hot tap. Sorry I should have mentioned these points.

Water hammer is usually due to pipes insufficiently clipped or defective washers/valves.

So I need to get the 12 year of plumber back to fix it the builders got to do it. Thanks. I know what to tell them now.
