I want to position a new Miele washing machine under a worktop and in the space between new kitchen units. There's a gap of about 15mm either side of machine and from top to worktop. How do you get machines into these spaces? I think I can nudge it in an inch at a time with my knee but am worried that the sideways force wouldn't be good for the machine's legs; it weighs 90Kg. And how on earth would I get it out again?? Seems such an obvious problem I wondered if there's trick of the trade....

what type of floor is it?

if its lino, brute force will likely mean it may rip

if it is lino put small squirt of washing up liquid infront of rear feet, open the m/c door lift it (as best you can) by putting your hand just inside the outer edge of the front / drum and push

Yes lino. I got it in just by making it wet. Wasn't as hard as I thought.

Thanks
