Hi all,

So my tap was leaking from the swivel point under the handle so i thought i would tighten the brass nut that holds the cartridge but it didn't work.

i then thought i should replace the cartridge but it was stuck so i put descaler and yanked it with some pliers it came out BUT it broke the plastic around it also.....its not a normal cartridge that i see online, it one whole peice of the tap.

its got the tap flexis connected to it directly and i cant seem to find any like that. the tap is only about 2 or 3 years old. please see the photos.

any help would be great. thanks
