I have fitted a new bath, however the new one is higher than the last. I have managed to fit the waste pipe underneath although this is now flush with the floor. Once the wall is tiled there will be no allowance to be able to disconnect the waste. The bath lip fits into the "chased out area" of the old bath. Options given to me by others are:
1) do nothing as I will probably not need to adjust the waste ever again.
2) re chase the wall and fit bath with room to spare underneath
3) cut a whole in the floorboard!
What do you lot advise?
