bath tap access

I am trying to remove my old bath taps, but access is limited, how can i overcome this, ie is there a special tool to undo the back nuts and tap conns?

There is a tool with a shaft with an adjustible foot designed for that purpose.

However, they are not strong enough to take off a seriously corroded metal nut which is 50 years old on a cast iron bath.

Sometimes the bath has to be removed.
