can anyone tell me if the bath tap said minimum pressure required 0.5 bar or above. If my water source is from the tank (not direct from the main), does this mean the required 0.5 bar ? Thanks
the bath is on the first floor, so there is only just above 2 meters.
Say if the cold water is from the main, and the hot water is from the hot water tank from the same floor. does this mean the required 0.5 bar ?
No, You need a bath filler that will work with 0.2 bar pressure. It's the height of the cold storage tank above the filler outlet that establishes the pressure, and as Bahco has said already, your storage tank would have to be 5 metres above the outlet to achieve 0.5 bar pressure. Even then the performance may be less than you would like.
