In a situation where a ground floor toilet discharges directly into a drain below, as in figure 1 on page 7 of ADH1 http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/uploads/br/BR_PDF_ADH_2002.pdf , is it acceptable to connect the waste pipe from a bath - which is next to the toilet - directly into the vertical section of the WC discharge pipe at, say, 100mm below floor level?
I can't quite work out from paragraphs 1.7 to 1.9 of ADH whether this is disallowed or not.
