Replaced the washer seal on the cold water tap as it was taking many tight turns to stop dripping.
After a couple of days the tap is now far too sensitive - you've got to be careful Turing the tap as a small turn means the water is either trickling or gushing far too fast.
So tried changing the washer seal again. It works fine for a few days and then back to the problem of too much or too little water.
Any ideas on how to resolve?
