I am writing to you as it has come to our attention that a product that you purchased from Bathrooms.com was not supplied with an earth connection as required for this product. As a result, this product may pose a serious risk of electric shock.
In addition, depending on the location of the item in your bathroom, the product may require a transformer to be fitted (again to avoid the risk of an electric shock). The safety of our customers is our first priority and therefore, we strongly recommend you ensure the cabinet light is switched off and stop using the shaver socket immediately.
In order for us to resolve this issue in a safe and efficient manner, we first need to confirm that this item is still installed in your property. To confirm this can you please call or email us immediately on our helpline number 01525 300830 (9am - 9pm Mon - Fri, Sat 9am - 5pm) or email address [email protected]
Once we know that you still have the product(s), we will contact you and arrange for a qualified Electrician to visit your home to resolve the issue. This will involve some minor re-work to the wiring, which should take no more than one hour. This will then enable you to use the product safely.
