Bathroom Cabinet with rocker switch - zone 2 question

hi, I have just bought a rather expensive Swedish bathroom cabinet with a built in 240v light. The cabinet goes above the sink and has a bog standard unrated rocker switch on the underside and within the zone 2 perimeter of the sink.
Is this actually legal as far as UK regs are concerned? Not so much worried about water splashing up on to the switch but more to do with wet fingers operating the switch.

There are no zones created by a basin.

The instructions should state where the item may be installed (although some do think basins have zones).
