I had old flaky paint in bathroom, after I have removed all the loose material and cleaned off the remaining mould with a bleach solution ( I think the problem was caused by not leaving the ventilation fan on long enough).
Can I use Zinnser Self priming paint straight onto bare plaster or do I need an alkali resisting primer first, also the remaining paint is quite thick compared to the plaster how should I build the surface up?
