I need to install an extractor fan in my very small bathroom (2.8m2!) I was told by my electrician to get a 4" wall mounted fan but I would like to know if 88m3/hr extraction rate is enough. Because of the size of the room within 2minute of having a shower, walls and mirrors are covered with condensation.
