Bathroom Extractor

I would like to fit an extractor fan to my bathroom ceiling before I paint the fresh plaster.

Can anyone recomend me a decent extractor that works on a humidistat and one that I can duct out to the soffit/facia via ducting in th loft.

How big is the room.
Your first job is to calculate the changes per hour and you cannot do that until you know the room volume.
Also, what will be the length of the duct run?

With fans, IMHO, you get what you pay for.

The room is 4m by 3m ceiling height is 2.4m

How can I work out the extraction rate needed?
