I am planning to have installed 2 bathroom mirrors that have touch operated LED lights in them. One in main bathroom and one in an ensuite.

I was thinking of taking 2 fused spurs from the existing bathroom lighting circuit and connect the 2 mirror transformers into each of them. Is there a single FCU that would allow the 2 outputs from a single feed? This would greatly simplify the job for the electrician due to access issues etc

You do not need an FCU if connecting to a lighting circuit.

Well, they all do - just connect both cables to the same output terminals.

If you mean is there one with two switches then - no.
