Hi there.!

I am fiting a tongue and groove solid <8 inc wide> oak floor in a bathroom floor. I suppose it has to be seal in the TnG joints but not sure if it needs this. and if it does not sure how to do it.

waiting for advice.

thanks

Fitting solid wood flooring in a high humidity environment such as a bathroom is really not a good idea, you’re just asking for trouble. If you really must have a wood floor then veneered engineered flooring is a much better bet as it is far more stable when subject to high humidity; appreciate it may not meet your requirements but a quality laminate floor would be infinitely more suitable.
