Bathroom radiators and hot water

Hi all,

Another question has just come to mind. If I switch off the central heating completely at the programmer, I still have two radiators (in bathrooms) that seem to be heated by the Hot Water circuit. i.e. they are hot when the hot water is on. Is this normal? I assume it is such so that I can replace the radiators with towel rails and have warm towels all year? is this a good asumption?
