Bathroom rose

Can anyone point me to a good enough web site where i can find diagrams of how to wire up a bathroom light. i had to take the one i have out and forgot to note where the wires went, i have two sets of wires, one thats live and one that goes to the pull cord, how do i wire them up. at the pull cord should the what colour wire goes to L1, L2 and Common? i know this is basic stuff but i have had enough now and just want it finished.
Please help if you can.

there are strict regulations applying to bathroom lights, yo can not put a "rose" in a bathroom, it has to an eclosed (or recessed) light fitting

but to answer your question.

red to red

earth to earth

connect your light across the two blacks, put red tape on the black that comes from the pull cord (this is your switched live)
also you should put green (or green / yellow) sleeving on the earth wires, and connect it to the light.

switch, doesnt matter which way round but use C and L1
