I've had a toilet leak in the bathroom which I've managed to fix.
The floor has a vinyl floor laid on solid board.
I had to take up all the vinyl up to sort out the toilet.
Now going to relay the vinyl, but on closer inspection I've noticed that the vinyl floor has some rips around the toilet bowl, sink pedestal and some close to the skirting. They are between 1-1.5 cms long.
The tradesman who put down the vinyl originally didn't use any glue, just silicone seal around the skirting board, bath, toilet and sink.
The vinyl is fairly new so not too keen to replace all of it.
So just wondering how best to sort out the rips?
I've had a look at you tube but most videos are American and the rips are in the middle of a floor or along the seam.
Any advice much appreciated.
