Hi people.
I have some black, dark marks that show through the bathroom wallpaper(especially show when the room is steamed up).
The previous wallpaper had signs of this as well, but when stripped bare, there are no dark stains or marks on the wall itself and the dark marks come off with the paper.
The wallpaper is good quality and marks were showing almost immediately after being put up.
The previous wallpaper had marks in different areas, but this time it is just the outside walls that show up the marks.
The marks recede somewhat when the room is dry and ventilated.
Could it be that I used too much wallpaper paste or poor quality stuff?
