Baumatic Dishwasher bottom arm not spinning

Had loads of problems with this dishwasher. Latest one is the bottom arm not spinning at all. Top one works, neither are blocked. Both spin freely. The pump seems to work ok water goes in gets pumped up to the top arm and also gets pumped out again. There are no kinks in any hoses and pressure is fine.

I'm at my wits end. It does everything but wash the bottom rack !!

Any tips to check out gratefully received, I don't want to be beaten !!
