Baumatic dishwasher door won't close

I have a built in Baumatic dishwasher (model BDI631) on which the door won't close. One of the arms that regulate to opening and closing of the door has come unhooked from the door and is stuck in the open position. I have tried to manoeuvre it but it won't move.
Can anyone offer a "fix"?
