baxi 100 he co readings

baxi/potterton condensing boiler co and co2 readings ok on high rate ,gas rated all ok standing and working pressures ok ,problem is as boiler starts to reach temp and fan slows co reading goes way up ,boiler has had new burner ,sump and condensate clear,flue ok , any ideas?

You don't say whether this is the 100 HE conventional boiler or the 100HE Combi. It sounds like the minimum differential ratio is out of calibration.
There is no procedure for getting the boiler into minimum rate or way of checking the gas/air differential on either of these.
m.i only give CO/CO2 readings for maximum
Fan speed is definitely slowing when C0 figures start to raise?
 
Com box door seals showing any signs of damage-ideally changed annually. Although I don't think they would be causing issue as described-e.g C0 readings OK on high rate
As Landyandy suggests due to nature of subject probably best continued in CC
