I have been having problems lately with my baxi 105e boiler the 60 neon light is always flashing up indicating low pressure or pump fault. When I ask for HW the micro switch makes and light indicates on the boiler but the burner does not come on so I get no hot water, after around 2 mins the boiler will fire up and the hot water will be working same goes with the CH, after I switch either the HW or CH the fault light comes back on and takes a further minute or so to get the hot water to come on again. Up to the now I have replaced the diagraphm with no joy.

Anyone got any ideas

The pin that activates the top microswitch is sticking up after demand or its a faulty top microswitch

If its stuck up with no demand then it needs stripping and cleaned
