Baxi 105e combi boiler

Pressure from the boiler should be higher ((i think) is there a filter which could be blocked or a flow restricter which could have its flow rate increased. Thanks the make of the boiler is baxi 105he.

has a flow restrictor that should reduce it to around 10lts a min,

Measure the flow rate into a known container and if its as per manufacturers data then its working as it should. Increasing the flow rate will reduce the water temp.
