I had a slight leak from the pressure differential valve and bought a repair kit. However my assembly is held with 4 screws and the diaphragm is 46mm across with the active area approx 38mm. What kit/ diaphragm do I need?

Hi You really need to identify the Part Number of the diaphragm, a good place to do this is :- partsarena.com/baxi they have exploded views of the components. Hope this is helpful

what repair kit did you buy?

i think if its the hw pd valve your meaning the baxi part number is:

5111137

if you google that does it look about right?

Thanks for the help. The water is leaking from the front of part number 248734 where the pin pushes out. I have taken it apart cleaned it and put it back together. No leaks at the moment but this is probably only a very short term solution. Should I buy the entire assembly or will silicone grease and praying keep it functioning?
