baxi 105e when hot taps on radiator gets hot

Hi i would like to thank anyone how can help in advance. My baxi combi 105e seems to be letting me i have not payed it enough attention.

when hot tap is on the rads get hot, but the heating system is not set to turn on for hours.
please please help the hot water has started to take along time to heat up and is only lute warm.

it is the diverter valve faulty

which one is it the front or back one. i take it its one of the ones with the pin that comes out

Diverter "Front One Back One" no its the one with all the springs and wirey bits coming out of it

Might just be a diaphragm - in the round brass thing with 6 or is it 8 screws round it. I must be old, to not remember!

Fit this part 248061.Dont forget to renew all the seals and washers,as this will keep your feet dry .
