Baxi 50 HE Plus

We have just had a Baxi 50 HE Plus boiler installed a few days ago but are laready experiencing a problem.

When it times to come on after a period of no use ie to come on in the morning it starts up but then locks out. I click the reset button and and it does the same. I repeat this process 2 or three more times and eventually it will fire up with no further problems.

It seems to fire up ok when it has only been off for a few hours but any prolonged period causes this problem.

Called the engineer out yesterday but they could not find any fault. Any ideas would be appreciated?

Call baxi out, there is a modifaction on this boiler they fit a mains filter kit and posssible new pcb, your documentation should have the phone numbers. Was the bench mark filled out (blue book).

No blue book. I will need to get the company who installed it to come out again.
