BAXI 80HE PLUS Condensing

The bolier keeps showing FAN LOCKOUT intermittently, I've already replaced the fan.

Also this morning it was dripping water out after i had to reset it due to the pilot not igniting...

Any ideas, it's KILLING ME

Can't offer technical advice but I have same boiler that is now showing same symptoms las yours - leak and lock out (now permanent). BG have been out several times and replaced various bits to no avail. Another visit scheduled tomorrow to replace heat exchange which is where the leak is coming from, apparently.

Hope this sorts the problem as currently no CH.

Its not fan related, but check condensate drain isnt frozen.
