Baxi 96 Combi losing pressure

I have a Genisi 96 Combi and its been losing pressure regually, I've changed the PRV which was leaking slightly and have checked the system for any leaks of which there are none.The boiler continue's to loose pressure over a 48hr period. Its located in the loft and is a pain to keep represuring it. I have not checked the expansion vessel pressure which i think should be 0.7bar as I'm not sure how to do this, If this has lost its charge would it contribute to the pressure lose in the system.
Any help would be apreciated.
