Baxi barcelona noisy start up

I have a 4yr old Baxi Barcelona which has developed a very loud vibrating noise on start up. We have had an engineer out to it numerous times and have over the past 2 yrs replaced the pump, two electrical boards, the water trap, the switching valves in the airing cupboard and the HW cylinder thermostat. It was drained fairly recently to replace the valves but the radiators are around 20 yrs old and we live in a very hard water area. Any advice?

if the noise actually comes from the boiler itself then its a good chance its the air gas mixture on the gas valve and the easiset way to sort this is to have the gas valve replaced by a corgi registered engineer
