Baxi Barcelona

Hi have a 7 yr old Baxi Barcelona which keeps cutting out after about 30 mins of running - resets once has cooled down. Engineer has replaced pcb today and same problem happening. will work for a bit longer if turn down settings to v v low. any suggestions?

inner case seal damaged causing fan stat to go off?

think its this model that does this.

primary sensor can go too, i ve had that before and not the fan stat, you can bridge them out to test

What do mean by primary sensor?

Do you mean the flow switch?

If so why would this 'reset once cooled down'.

Definately sounds more like combustion door seals have burnt out to me

most likely the remains of the case seal have turned to dust and are lying at the bottom of the case.
