baxi boiler 100/2 fault

I have one of the above. The heating section is turned off for the summer. When the water heated comes on it is also warming the radiators too. Even though the wall termostat is off the heat remains on. Also, when the timer is off the boiler remains on constantly and the only way of turning it off is at the mains power switch.

Any thoughts or advice?

CH zone valve is stuck open and the microswitch is telling the boiler there is a demand for heat all the time.
