Baxi boiler differences.

Can anyone tell me whats the difference between a Baxi 105E and a 105HE, barr the letter obviously.

the he is an electronic condensing unit
the e electronic non condensing

Same boiler except the HE has an additional heat exchanger and the flue on HE is different. All working parts are the same
