Hi Everyone,
Our Baxi boiler system 35/80 is showing red flashing lights on the 60-degree setting. The error indicates a fault with the pump or low pressure, which is why we currently have no hot water or heating—we’re literally freezing right now.

I’ve attached pictures for reference.

I’ve tried resetting the system, turning the black valves, switching it off and on, and doing everything I could think of, but it’s still not working. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Thanks in advance!

Your pressure gauge is on zero needs topping up filling loop somewhere.
Pic of what's under boiler?
Hi I already attached the pictures.

you can find it here as well.

You need to find the filling loop ,it's not in your pics. Look for a silver coloured braided flexible hose on your pipework, could be near a hot water cylinder ,or any where mains cold water pipes and heating pipes are in close proximity to each other

That looks like it ,can only see one end of it ,the higher end has an isolating valve, the slot in the middle needs turning with a flat bladed screwdriver ,until the slot is in line with the pipe, to allow water to flow into the system.
There may be another valve on the other end of the flexi, that we can't see ,which would also need to be opened.
Close valve/ s back to their original positions once boiler gauge registers 1 bar.

it was that one! solved already thank you sooo much!!

Make sure the slot is exactly at right angle to the pipe,if it's not it will not be fully closed and pressure will continue to rise and cause other issues

Still not working... :(

Did you try resetting the boiler ? The left hand dial on the boilers front panel should be turned to R position and held there for around 4 seconds ,then released,to reset.
Can you see where exactly water is escaping ? The leak wouldn't stop boiler from firing up.

You are going to need an engineer to visit to establish why the boiler isn't firing up ,and fit a new motorised valve / cure leaks.
