baxi boiler

can anyone help

my baxi boiler has shut down, last year i have the ignition switch changed timer and thermos are all 5 months old

now it wont fire up at all and the timer has a blank screen, non of the trip switches are down

has anyone come across any problems of this nature on a baxi boiler before
