I have an old Baxi Brazilia wall heater in a room that I would like to remove. I had a gas fitter check it when he was in doing another job and it is no longer connected to the gas supply. Does anyone know if I can simply remove it from the wall? I would imagine that there is some kind of flue going outside although I can't see anything outside the building. I am in an old tenement flat (3 floors up)

Thanks

They are easy enough to remove as you will find if you remove the front cover. There certainly should be a flue through to the outside wall, that will just pull through when you remove the heater. If you can't get at it from outside, you could just fill the hole on the inside.
Do be sure that it's not connected to the gas though!
