Baxi combi 105 - filling loop

Hi
Our boiler has low pressure. Am trying to increase the pressure but cannot work out how to release the valve on the filling loop as there is no handle.
Hopefully a picture is attached.
I presume I need a tool?
Thanks for any advice.

The handle is missing but a pair of pliers or similar should do the trick (on the left hand valve).
