having problem with boiler , the warning light keeps flashing indicating pumpfault or low pressure,the pressures fine so must be pump.There is no hot water and heating doesnt work when fault occurs.When the fault happens i switch the boiler off at mains and back on again and it works fine.The mains water inlet valve has now stopped letting water in.Is this going to cost alot to fix. Can anyone help.

Is your inlet valve underneath the boiler and is it quarter turn?
You cannot assume anything about the fault! There are several other things that might cause that indication.
If the pressure is "fine" then why are you trying to increase it? Are you sure the mains pressure is higher than the system pressure?
