So I've been hunting around these forums for a similar problem but havent found one.
We've had our boiler fora few years and recently had it moved due to having an extension built. After the move, the boiler was fully serviced including having a new pressure vessel, full flush etc. etc.
Just recently its developed a problem where it keeps firing up every 3 minutes and then shutting off.
doesnt seem to make any difference what temperature the main radiator control on the boiler panel is set to, or what temperature the honeywell thermostat is set to. Hot water is on and working fine, and the rads are all hot. Just very irritating during the night having it firing up like a jet engine every 3 minutes.
If I turn the heating off it stops firing.
Looking at the leds on the front, the temperature shows around 40degrees, and then when it fires up it lights up all the lights one after another until it hits 80degrees then it shuts off. Gradually all the lights go out and it drops back down to 40degrees, then it fires up again...
Any ideas?
Many thanks
