My Baxi combi 105e delivers hot water which after 30 seconds or so turns cold then returns to hot on a seemingly constant cycle. Would be grateful for any tips on what might be wrong,

usual cause is a sludged up plate heat exchanger 
blocked plate heat x, or sticky divertor valve

Thank you for your replies. HE cleaned and faulty diverter valve replaced. Hot water supply now OK
