Baxi neta tec pump running constantly

I was wondering if anyone could help, my baxi neta tec pump is constantly running when the central heating is off. When I just put the boiler into hot water mode the pump doesn't constantly run but once it's on hot water and heating mode the pump kicks in straight away but doesn't cause the heating to come on I was wondering if anyone knows what to do. I can just leave it in water mode until I require heating but we're selling the house and don't want to leave the new owners with a faulty boiler potentially.

Check for a backfeed voltage on external controls or disconnect external control and see if it still does the same.
