Baxi platinum

Help please ,We have a Baxi Platinum Combi just 13month old .The green hot water light is on All the time even when hot taps are off .The only way I can get light to go off and central heating on is by turning the cold water supply off.
I have checked ALL exposed pipe work and no leaks there is about 3mts off pipe work hidden behind tiled flooring ,there is NO sign of water .

Minimum warranty is 2 years

Platinum had 5 or 7 years depending on registration date.

If turning off the water stops it though I'd say it must be a leak and the boiler thinks you're running a tap!

Not a warranty issue as you have a leak and boiler thinks there is a demand for hot water .


oN Warranty front a 13 month old platinium should have come with a ten year warranty

I'm guessing no warrenty as it..

1 fell off a truck
2 was installed by a wonderful diyer

Also think it's a leak
