Bay window replacing

H will I have this bay window,

I want to remove and replace only the top part ( the place to sit )is it possible or easy to do?

exactly the same material, I have a wood work shop next to me, they can measure and provide me with the type of material. I was trying to fix multiple small gaps on the sill with Ronseal hard wearing wood filler and kinda went all out filling the entire area like skimming plaster, only to realize I I hadn’t mixed the two part wood filler with its catalyst properly and now it’s hard to scrape off and sand
 
Just remove the trim and over board it.?
I’ll probably do that as last resort, but prefer to get it replaced, just worried it’ll look odd

Actually looked into these window cover boards seem to look ok, but will be difficult to paint
