Hi everyone! New here, looking forward to being massively impressed with your immediate support! (I have zero time to decide on the below!)...
We have to have our entire house rendered, much to our servere disappointment.
Our bay window shingles. Part of the render agreement is to remove them, board it out, and render over - this would much better insulate the house, and the cost is already included, but we lose the lovely shingle feature (though our shingles are pretty knackered presently!). What would everyone do? What options are available?
Ideally I guess we'd board and render, but then apply a tile 'affect' afterwards, like felt tiles or something... but I have no idea if that's a thing? Theoretically they would be easy to apply, and would still achieve the original look?
HELP!!
