The BBC seem to be trailing their "Podcast" shows quite a lot these days.
This is a quote from their site about podcasting.

Obviously I can see you don't have the option to choose exactly what you want, but that aside, what is the difference here from Kazaa, WinMX etc, from a copyright aspect?
Is it now legal to download say the top 20 each week and keep it. The BBC is more or less the Government after all.
